Important Notice

1. Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ) and Amount:

Order From In Stock (Wholesale Prices):No order limit in total amount,

• 1. 3 pieces per design (excluding body piercings)
• 2. 3 pieces per design: The Body Piercings
• 3.If the MOQ:50-100pcs, means the Items are out of stock, need making orders. usually production lead time will be about 20-30days , please kindly note that, thanks.

Back Order (VIP Prices):US$5000 in total amount per order, 50 to 100 pieces per design

2.Ring Size Policy:

As for the rings, not all size are stock available when you ordering, then usually we will send you in mixed size, like buying 5pcs of rings, we will send you in only one size if in stock; if 15pcs then we will try to send in 3 size each 5pcs if in stock, etc. It means we will try to send you as many size as we can that in stock, but if one style ring only have 1 size or 2 size in stock, then we will send you only 1 size or 2 size …….. if you want the exact size of each ring, after your order, please inform us in the additional remark or e-mail us, but sure if we really do not have the size you want then we will put other near size in stock for you at last,and our normal size in stock for wholesale is just from size 6 to 10, very less size 5, 11,12, and sure nearly no such big size 13,14,15, please note that, thanks.

3.Order Process:

Update order procedure

We are here to have your kind attention to follow our update order procedure as below:
1.)Once we received your kind order on our wholesale website: http://www.jusnovasteel.com/, we will send an email to inform you!
2.)Later we will send PI together with shipping cost to you as confirmation of the order and pls help settle the full order payment for us ASAP!
3.)Then once we get your kind fully payment, usually we will prepare your order within 1-3 days!
4.)After order prepared well before shipping out, we will also contact you about the order balance left in our bank; For this amount, we would like to compensate you the goods or deduct it in your next order or even can return it to you by Paypal. We will keep record of this, pls do not worry!
5.)At last, we will ship out your order by DHL/FedEx/UPS…etc; and it usually takes 4-7 working days arriving at your side, you can look at our shipping policy page to know about how long!

2) To delete goods: find the goods that you want to delete, and click “Delete” at the end of the row.
3) To update quantity: find the goods that you want to update, select the check box, and change the quantity at the input box, like to delete the “3” number then put a new number you want as “20” , then quantity is updated to”20″.
4) To go on shopping: just click “Continue” button.
5) Once you finish shopping, pls click” Checkout” button, then the order is finished.
6) By the way, if you want to check your order at any time that placed online in our website, please login as a member first then placed the order again. But if you do not as a member to place the order directly then can not check.And please remember to write your “contact message” when placing the order if not we will not know whose order it is, thanks! (P.O. box address are not allowed).
7)Payment method:you can pay us by paypal or bank T/T, any is ok for us.

What happens when you order

We will send you an e-mail confirming your order within 24 hours after you place the order.

When you receive your order will depend upon: your order payment clearing;

Delivery time or stock availability: whether we have your product in stock (in your size); the delivery method that you selected.
